Meeting with our wellness coach is a good first step if you’re struggling to define what wellness even means to you - whether you’re looking at trauma, dealing with life in general, career struggles, managing demands or recovering from mental illness or substance use.

What to expect
When you schedule a consulation, you’ll talk to a provider who will help figure out who the best fit would be for you. You might already have an idea of what you’d like to address in treatment. You’ll have an initial intake appointment where you can share what brought you to therapy and what you want to get out of it.
We provide weekly appointments, support and wellness groups and trauma intensive treatment.
